218 | 200 : MY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE – Check Point

Alright, so I stepped on the scale for the first time in a couple of weeks and was shocked to see 215 on the scale. Needless to say, I was pretty jazzed. Of course, right afterward, I went and had a donut. So now I am circling 218, which is still down, but not moving in the right direction fast enough. As such,  I am going to renew my commitment and say that by July 4th of 2017, I want to get down do 210, essentially a mini goal. The big difference in my approach, I am going to double down on workouts on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, and complete an Orange Theory class in the AM and then some sort of cardio in the PM. I also feel like I have been a bit all over the map with my eating. Some days/weeks I am really good, others I cheat, then cheat some more, then cheat some more.

In an effort to reduce the cheating, I am going to do what I do best. Document my process and then post it here each week. So if you don’t love fitness, then you probably won’t love these posts. Sorry… To view my progress click the following link here.

Physical goals: Let’s see how long I can stick with this.

- Orange Theory class four times a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- Meditation five minutes a day (This is new)
- Afternoon Cardio (Tuesday + Thursday)
- Stretch for five minutes twice a day. (I set a reminder to tell me to get up and stretch)
I highly recommend getting a stretch rope, I used them in college and love them.
