Weekly CheckIn – November 20, 2017

In terms of check-ins, this is less of a monthly update and more about me trying to track my fitness and hit the goal of ringing in the new year at 200 lbs. So if the tracking of my personal fitness seems a bit of a bore, then I would close this tab, navigate to another part of my site, etc. etc..

The way I will approach this, to first write down the goals and then come on Sunday and check off if I completed the tasks completely. Yup, I am publicly putting my personal to-do-list on display.
