Weekly CheckIn – November 27, 2017

Trying to kick-start documenting your fitness and foot consumption progress was a silly idea to try to do over the Thanksgiving break. While I wasn’t so great at the documenting, I was shockingly pretty good at not stuffing my face full of everything at all moments, and as a result, why I hopped on the scale this AM, I was shocked to see my weight coming in at just a little over the 210 lbs. Which, is standard on a Monday for me as of late.
